AAM Consulting (AAM) is one of the region’s leading management and IT consultancy service providers. The history of the oldest division of the company, AAM Management IT Consulting Zrt., goes back to 1994. Transformed into a joint stock company in 2003, AAM has conducted a policy of planned regional expansion and at the end of 2005 it established the Romanian affiliate enterprise, today a recognized player on the market. In 2009 it opened an office in Croatia.

As a service-provider company, AAM has a far smaller ecological footprint than producer, manufacturing companies with a similar revenue and of a similar size. Consequently, it has taken up the cause of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) not specifically in order to compensate for its environmental impact but rather from a deep-seated conviction. The fact is that CSR elements were apparent in the company right from its inception, although their conscious, coordinated application and systemization began only in early 2009. We are reporting on these achievements in our first Report on Corporate Social Responsibility, which I have great pride in presenting to you.
