AAM Group now offers an exciting opportunity in the International Business Development sector and looking for an:

International Tender Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

  • plan and execute business development supporting activities, both actions and continuous administration;
  • prepare EU and World Bank funded tender applications and proposals;
  • provide domestic support to foreign projects and take domestic project manager responsibility to help foreign project managers, including ad-hoc travels to other countries;
  • coordination and administration of international partner network and databases;
  • organize events and meetings;
  • work in a team of appr. 15 colleagues.

Requirements:

  • English and Hungarian proficiency language skills are a must;
  • college or university degree;
  • 1-2 year working experience in related fields is considered as an advantage (however fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • good communication, team working and quick problem-solving skills;
  • accuracy in work is essential;
  • computer literacy;
  • ability to work in a multi-lingual/ multi-cultural environment;
  • willingness to travel.

Experts for “Implementation of Anti-Discrimination Policies” project in Serbia

AAM Consulting Ltd. is shortlisted on the EU funded tender “Implementation of Anti-Discrimination Policies” in Serbia and looking for key experts with the below profiles. Key expert 1: Team Leader (minimum of 400 working days over 18 months provisionally starting in September 2012 – full time in Serbia)

Indicative job description

  • Overall management, implementation, coordination and monitoring of the project;
  • Reporting, on behalf of the team, to the Steering Committee;
  • Continuous links with the beneficiaries and all the stakeholders involved in the implementation of the project.

Qualifications and skills

  • A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) in political science, law, social sciences or other relevant discipline.
  • A Master/Phd in a relevant discipline (following the award of the degree) is an advantage.
  • Command of Serbian language is an advantage.

General professional experience

  • Minimum 8 years, but preferably 12 years of post graduate professional experience in area of human and minority rights promotion and protection.

Specific professional experience

  • Experience in leading teams in the public or private sector or in donor funded projects, gained in 1, but preferably 3 projects of similar size, complexity and duration.
  • Specific experience in defining and implementing measures and procedures for improved work of National Human Rights Institutions (NHRI) or equality bodies, gained in 1, but preferably 3 projects in countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation.

Key expert 2: Antidiscrimination expert (minimum of 390 working days over 18 months provisionally starting in September 2012 – full time in Serbia)

Indicative job description

  • Management of the team of experts;
  • Design of procedures, manuals and trainings;
  • Implementation of activities at national and local level.

Qualifications and skills

  • A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) in political science, law, social sciences or other relevant discipline;
  • A Master/Phd in a relevant discipline (following the award of the degree) is an advantage.
  • Command of Serbian language is an advantage.

General professional experience

  • Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of relevant professional experience in the area of antidiscrimination.

Specific professional experience

  • Specific experience with design of antidiscrimination policies in line with EU standards and secondary legislation gained in 1, but preferably 3 projects in countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation.
  • Experience implementing projects in human and minority rights area in the public or private sector or in donor funded projects, gained in 1, but preferably 3 projects of similar size, complexity and duration.

Expert vacancies for framework contract projects

AAM Consulting Ltd. is a qualified contractor of the European Commission in two EU framework contracts (FWC) within the period 2009 and 2011: LOT3 Telecommunication and Information Technologies, LOT7 Governance and Home Affairs. FWC is a simplified procurement procedure for low value projects (less than 200 000 EUR) with the objective of fast and transparent recruiting of experts for the support of third world and pre-accession beneficiary countries. Each framework contract covers a different professional field and all the EU external aid programmes, such as PHARE, ISPA, SAPARD, TACIS, CARDS, OBNOVA, ALA, MEDA, FED. The framework contracts are in force for 3-5 years, in which consortiums become contractors in a specific field (LOT).

Statistics IT expert (fixed term, Western Balkans/Turkey)

Professional requirements:

  • sound knowledge of the best practices relating to IT structures, IT management and project management
  • at least 5 years in the field of statistics
  • strong experience on the best practices relating to data management, data administration and data security, with a strong emphasis on meta data management.
